FAIRFIELD TOWNSHIP, OH (FOX19) - Two men have been arrested after a meth lab was found inside a Fairfield Township home.
Thursday evening at about 8 p.m., agents with the Butler County Sheriff's Office Undercover Regional Narcotics Taskforce (BURN) executed a raid in the 7000 block of Beagle Court.
Inside the residence agents located a functioning meth lab and were able to dismantle and neutralize the production process. The investigation also revealed discarded remnants from a recent lab as well as chemicals, glassware and literature on manufacturing processes.
Ronnie Fields, 53, of Fairfield Township, is charged with Illegal Manufacture of Drugs and Illegal Assembly or Possession of Chemicals for the Manufacture of Drugs. Joshua Owen, 30, of Trenton, is also charged with Illegal Assembly or Possession of Chemicals for the Manufacture of Drugs.
