Veggie Pouch from Colonel De Gourmet Herbs & Spices at Findlay Market

Ingredients:

1 whole zucchini cut into bite size pieces

1 whole summer squash cut into bite size pieces

1 medium onion cut into bite size pieces

other veggies to your taste

1 oz. basil pepper garlic vinegar

Directions:

Build a pouch from aluminum foil.

Put .33 to .5 of the veggies mixed into each pouch.

Drizzle Basil Pepper Garlic vinegar into pouch and almost seal it.

Throw on the grill or in the back of the oven while other parts of the meal are cooking.

When meat is done, veggies are done.
