Father found at barber shop suffering from heroin overdose

CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) -

A Norwood father spend Father's Day behind bars after he was arrested over the weekend for using heroin.

Scoot Leonard, 25, is charged with endangering children, possession of drug abuse instruments and possession of illegal drug paraphernalia.

According to Hamilton County court documents, Leonard was found Saturday at a barber shop on Montgomery Road suffering from a heroin overdose. He failed to provide proper care for his 6-year-old daughter and 4-year-old son.

Leonard is being held at the Hamilton County Justice Center.

    Most of the families were driven apart during the 1950-53 Korean War, which ended in a ceasefire, not a peace treaty, leaving the Korean Peninsula still in a technical state of war.
