A motorcyclist is facing charges after police say he fled from a traffic stop.
John T. Cook, 26, is charged with resisting arrest, failure to comply, driving under suspension and reckless driving.
According to Hamilton County court documents, an officer tried to stop Cook for speeding and driving recklessly in a construction area. Cook failed to stop and then tried to flee on foot.
When officers caught up with him, he tried to pull away and refused to be handcuffed.
He was taken to the Hamilton County Justice Center and has since been released on bond.
