CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) - In a press conference on Friday, Cincinnati City Council member Wendell Young announced that he would not vote to increase property taxes for the proposed City Hall Atrium project.
The proposed Atrium Project would cost $4.4 million to construct in the courtyard of City Hall.
Councilman Young said he also plans to introduce a motion on Monday which would get rid of the project, altogether.
In order to pass that motion, he would need the support of five of his colleagues. It would take six votes to get an approval.
