Judge rules for family of man who died in custody

City officials in Cincinnati say they will appeal a federal judge's ruling in favor of the family of a man who died in police custody. The judge ruled earlier this week that police officers showed "deliberate indifference" while a man choked to death. Twenty-nine-year-old Roger Owensby junior died in November of 2000 after a struggle with police. The judge said the Cincinnati Police Department failed to adequately train its officers to provide medical help to someone under arrest.
