Hudepohl creates beer for Bunbury festival

CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) - Local Cincinnati brewer Christian Moerlein Brewing Company and Hudepohl, the "Official Local Beer of the Bunbury Music Festival," will debut a new beer, specifically for the Bunbury Music Festival, to be held July 13-15 along Sawyer Point in downtown Cincinnati.

Christian Moerlein will feature Hudepohl Summer Pils, developed, according to company president Greg Hardman, "for the Bunbury Music Festival and summer festivals in mind."

Moerlein also will feature another new beer at the festival, Moerlein Exposition Lager, described as a Vienna lager. In addition, Moerlein also will have Hudepohl Amber Lager and Moerlein OTR at the festival.

The Bunbury Music Festival will feature 100 live performances on six stages throughout Sawyer Point and Yeatman's Cove from July 13-15, 2012.

The name of the event comes from an Oscar Wilde play, "The Importance of Being Ernest" and means "to have a made up excuse to get out of doing something boring." For more information, visit www.bunburyfestival.com.
