Teen sentenced for bringing gun to Walnut Hills school

CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) - A Cincinnati student is sentenced for bringing a gun to school.

It happened back in April at the A to E school in Walnut Hills.

A witness told a school guard that Dozie Beasley-Davis had brought a gun to school.

When Cincinnati police searched Beasley-Davis, 19, they found a Jiminez JA .22 handgun in his right shorts pocket.

Beasley-Davis was taken to jail and charged with possession of a firearm on school grounds.

He was sentenced on Tuesday to two years probation and 30 days of electronic monitoring.
