HAMILTON, OH (FOX19) - A convicted felon of Hamilton was indicted Thursday after police found illegal firearms in his home.
Fabinn Woodson, 34, is charged with illegally possessing a firearm. During a search warrant for an ongoing investigation, Hamilton Police found two .22 caliber pistols and a 9 mm semi-automatic handgun in his home.
Woodson has criminal felony convictions in Butler, Hamilton and Mahoning counties in Ohio. He also has one in DeKalb County, Georgia.
Federal law prohibits convicted felons from possessing firearms, and Woodson is facing at least fifteen years to life in prison.
He appeared in a U.S. District Court on Thursday and was released on his own recognizance.
Woodson's trial date has not yet been scheduled.
