CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) -

A Monroe man is facing charges after police say he had an inappropriate sexual relationship with a teenage girl who went to his church.

Ismael Morales Reyes, 43, is charged with one count of unlawful sexual contact with a minor.

According to Hamilton County court records, Reyes sexually assaulted the then-13-year-old girl inside a video booth at Dave & Busters in September of 2011. The victim told police that they separated themselves from the group they were with and went into the booth. She thought they were going to kiss like they had in the past.

Police say the victim knew Reyes for four years. He touched her inappropriately on several occasions and admitted to sending sexual texts. Over a period of time in  October, police say they sent 345 text message to each other and had 36 phone calls that lasted a total of 426 minutes.

Ismael told police he would drive to the victim's house to see her before her parents came home, and would pay for group outings with her friends so he could be with her. He also gave her a ring as a gift.

A warrant was filed for Reyes' arrest in November of last year and he was arrested on Monday. He is being held at the Hamilton County Justice Center.

Ismael is also facing several similar counts involving the same victim in Middletown.
