Aircare called to accident near Boone County library

BURLINGTON, KY (FOX19) -

Aircare crews have been called to an accident in Burlington, KY.

The accident is located on KY 18 and McGrath Lane near the Boone County library.

At least two vehicles were involved in the accident, leaving one car overturned. Autumn Ehlinger, 25, was making a left turn onto KY-18 from McGrath when she collided with a Jeep Cherokee driven by William Schretzman, 18. The Jeep hit the driver's side of Ehlinger's SUV causing it to flip.

Ehlinger was flown to University Hospital by Aircare with non-life-threatening injuries. Shretzman and his passenger, Sarah Cusick, 17, were uninjured.

The crash remains under investigation.
