You can  enjoy these throughout the day and they would also make great Team USA treats for the upcoming Olympic Games!

Breakfast - Red White and Blue Breakfast Parfaits
Layer berries and yogurt in tall clear glasses to make pretty , white and blue parfaits
Lunch - USA PB&J
Spread whole wheat bread with peanut butter then arange banana slices, strawberry slices, and blueberries to make the flag
Dessert - Mini Firecracker Sandwiches
Spread Nilla Wafers or Graham cracker with frozen yogurt or ice cream, top with a second cracker/wafer, roll edges in red white and blue sprinkles!
