Suspect on the run after Warren Co. hotel robbery

DEERFIELD TOWNSHIP, OH (FOX19) -

Police are looking for a suspect who robbed a Deerfield Township hotel.

It happened just after 1 a.m. Thursday at the Holiday Inn Express in the 5100 block of Natorp Road.

Police say a suspect entered the hotel lobby, approached the front desk clerk and demanded cash after displaying a black hand gun.

The suspect is described as a black male, 6 feet tall, wearing a black hoodie and blue jeans with a teardrop tattoo under one eye.

A K-9 unit was called to search for the suspect, but was unsuccessful.

Anyone with information should call Crimestoppers at 513-352-3040 or the Warren County Sheriff's Office at 513-701-1800.
