CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) - A Cheviot father is behind bars after police say he overdosed on heroin and was found by his two children.
Nicholas Moll, 32, is charged with two count of endangering children and one count of possession of drug abuse instruments.
According to Hamilton County court records, Moll injected heroin while his 6-year-old daughter and 8-year-old son were present. After injecting the heroin, he passed out and broke a glass table. When his kids went to check on him, they found him turning purple and ran down to a neighbor's house for help.
Moll was taken to the Hamilton County Justice Center. His bond was set at $3,000.
