CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) - Choirs participating in the World Choir Games performed all over the Tri-State Saturday.
Youth choirs from Ohio and Russia performed during a free Friendship Concert at the Children's Home of Northern Kentucky. "We were able to find out about it from some people here at the home and the backdrop here has always been beautiful and having the Russian group there singing so beautifully it's the best of both world," said Rick Wurth, Vice President for Development at Children's Home of Northern Kentucky.
Male choirs from Indonesia, China and Switzerland sang at the Cincinnati Masonic Center at 5:30 p.m. as part of the Male Choirs Champions Competition.
The World Choir Games run through July 14.
