Happy (non-superstitious) Friday the 13th!

Meteorologist Katy Morgan is saying we can look for partly to mostly cloudy skies this morning with showers this afternoon, highs hitting the low 80s. Those of you living to the south and the east of the city stand a higher chance of seeing the rain, but Katy wanted to keep it in Cincinnati's forecast just to be on the safe side!

A Butler County jury found 18-year-old Lance Tiernan guilty of first degree man slaughter after he was accused of beating 16-year-old Anthony Parker to death at One Way Farm in December. Tiernan will be sentenced at a later date and is facing seven to fifteen years in prison.

Nike is saying sayonara to Joe Paterno in response to Penn State's internal investigations on assistant football coach, Jerry Sandusky. The company plans on renaming the Joe Paterno Child Development Center at their headquarters in Oregon. Rob Williams and Sheila Gray will have more on Nike's plans starting at 5 AM.

Here's some good news for those of you searching for a job - ZF Rubber and Plastics is expanding their facility in Hebron and are looking to fill around 60 positions. An $18 million investment will increase the facility by 52,000 sq. feet and construction is expected to be finished by the end of this year.
