Romney supports will gather around the Tri-State on Monday

CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) -

Mitt Romney supporters are holding various events around the Tri-State on Monday while President Obama is in town.

Senator Rob Portman will address campaign supporters at the Lebanon Victory Center at noon.

Other Romney supporters will be gathering for a rally at 1 p.m. on Fountain Square.

"While middle class Americans are suffering, Obama's political pals are ‘doing fine' thanks to taxpayer dollars," said Catherine Gatewood, spokeswoman for Ohio Victory.  "President Obama's history of Chicago-style political payoffs have cost taxpayers billions of dollars in grants and loan guarantees while failing to create jobs or help middle-class families.  Ohioans know that Mitt Romney believes in America and has the experience to move our country back in the right direction."
