1 dead, 1 hurt in OTR shooting

OVER THE RHINE, OH (FOX19) -

A 30-year-old man dies after a shooting in Over the Rhine Wednesday afternoon.

The shooting happened around 12:30 p.m. in the 1600 block of Walnut Street.

Theodore Palmer, 30, died at University Hospital from the injuries he sustained in the incident. 

The other victim's name has not been released but police said that victim is still in the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

Police say Virgil Amison, 32, is wanted for murder and felonious assault. His last known address is in the 1200 block of Gilsey Avenue. Amison should be considered armed and dangerous.
