CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) -

A Silverton man is facing charges after police say he drugged and then raped a juvenile girl.

Derek Longmire, 26, is facing one count of rape.

The victim told police that Longmire met her outside Brother's Cafe on July 19 and took her to a home on Plainfield Road, where he provided her with alcohol and marijuana. The victim said she noticed a large quantity of marijuana and the suspect told her he was a drug dealer.

The victim said Longmire was 'highly impaired' and forced her to perform a sex act.

Police contacted Cincinnati Children's Hospital, who confirmed that the girl's injures were consistent with sexual assault.
