Dillsboro man facing 4 years for exposing himself to females - Cincinnati News, FOX19-WXIX TV

Indiana man found guilty for exposing himself through bedroom window

DEARBORN COUNTY, IN (FOX19) -

A Dearborn County man was found guilty on Wednesday after exposing himself to women through his bedroom window.

Billy Luke, of Dillsboro, was found guilty on four counts of Public Indecency after female victims told the jury Luke would repeatedly stand naked in front of a bedroom window and sometimes fondle himself.

His residence overlooked the parking lot of a Dillsboro business where all the victims worked.

The victims ranged in age from 17 to 27.

Allen Miller, an attorney that represented Luke, argued to the jury that the incidents took place inside Luke's home, not a public place. Therefore, he did not commit a crime.

The jury, however, disagreed.

His sentencing has been scheduled for August 3rd, and he faces a maximum sentence of four years behind bars.
