UNION TOWNSHIP, OH (FOX19) - Two Cincinnati women are killed in a Union Township crash Sunday night.
The crash happened just after 7 p.m. on State Route 32 at Bells Lane.
Officers on the scene told FOX19 the driver of a rental truck ran a red light during a police chase and slammed into the passenger side of a minivan driven by Corean Hutcherson.
Corean Hutcherson, who was 78, and her passenger, Betty Hines, 75, were both pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of the rental truck, Ronald Godfrey and his passenger, Jeffery S. Moore, were taken to the hospital to be checked out for non-life-threatening injuries.
Early Monday morning, deputies booked Godfrey, 33, and Moore, 41, into the Clermont County jail.
Godfrey is charged with two counts of involuntary manslaughter, Moore is facing one count of receiving stolen property.
State police say the victims were both wearing seatbelts.
