CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) -
A Kennedy Heights man is facing several charges after police say he assaulted three different officers during an arrest.
Antonio Merritt, 21, is charged with carrying concealed weapons, aggravated robbery, two counts of trafficking in drugs, three counts of assault, possession of drugs and resisting arrest.
According to Hamilton County court records, Merritt head butted one officer, causing a cut on the officer's chin, bit another officer on the hand, and elbowed a third officer in the head, causing a knot. He also tried to grab one of the officer's tasers.
During the arrest, police found drugs and a weapon on Merritt.
He is being held at the Hamilton County Detention Center.
