Good morning!

Meteorologist Katy Morgan is saying that we're gearing up for yet another HOT day in the Tri-State! Along with plenty of sunshine, the high for today will hit 94 degrees! We will be feeling the mugginess this afternoon but it won't be anything like what we've had most of the summer!

The Lockland School Board held a special meeting last night in response to a "cheating scandal" investigation by the Ohio Department of Education. During its executive session, the board decided to place Superintendent Donna Hubbard on paid administrative leave. The OBE determined that the Lockland School District filed false attendance data during the 2010-11 school year, leading to artificially higher state testing results. Dan Wells will have more information on last night's meeting at 5 AM.

Following his resignation last week, former Wilder Police Chief Anthony Rouse pleaded guilty yesterday after he was arrested in March on suspicion of DUI. Rob Williams and Sheila Gray will have more details and raw footage from Rouse's court appearance at 5.

The search continues for a suspect who assaulted Cincinnati city councilman Chris Seelbach late Monday night. Seelbach was punched in the face and thrown to the ground outside of Mainstay Rock Bar downtown. If you have any information on this case, please call the Cincinnati PD or CrimeStoppers at 513-352-3040.

Customers swarmed Chick-fil-a restaurants yesterday to show support for the chain's CEO Dan Cathy, who recently told a Baptist magazine that he supports the biblical definition of marriage between a man and a woman. In response to the unofficial appreciation day, same-sex couples are planning a "Kiss-In" counter protest for this Friday.

We want to know what you think about the Chick-fil-a controversy - you can call and leave a message on the FOX19 RANT hotline (513-655-RANT) or share your thoughts on our Facebook page.

Yesterday he made a perfect landing on Fountain Square and today he'll be helping to reconstruct baseball fields! Everyone's favorite weather-loving Italian will be out at the Cheviot Memorial Fields to help give the park a little TLC. Alongside of the Reds Community Fund and P&G, be sure to tune-in at 9 AM to see what sort of chaos Frank Marzullo will cause this morning!
