CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) - A group home owner is facing charges after police say he abused a patient.
Sean Pittman, 37, is facing one count of patient abuse.
According to Hamilton County court records, Pittman, the owner of Sunshine Home on Chambers Street, slapped and punched a resident in the face and body. The alleged abuse occurred over a period from August 2005 through February of 2012.
Pittman is also charged with two counts of identity theft involving the same resident. Court records indicate that Pittman used the resident's personal information to obtain accounts for Time Warner Cable and Duke Energy.
He was arrested on Thursday and taken to the Hamilton County Justice Center.
