The Reds Hall of Fame and Museum's 2012 Big Red Machine bobblehead series continues with the David Concepcion bobblehead, the fifth in the six-bobblehead series that celebrates the Big Red Machine, the greatest team in Reds history and one of the finest teams ever assembled.
A Red from 1970 - 1988, Concepcion was the Gold Glove shortstop of the Big Red Machine clubs that won back-to-back World Championships in 1975 and 1976.
Concepcion was inducted into the Reds Hall of Fame in 2000 and his jersey number (#13) was retired in 2007.
The Concepcion bobbleheads are free with full-price paid admission to the Reds Hall of Fame & Museum on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays in August, while supplies last.
There is a strict limit of one bobblehead per ticket purchaser per day and the limited number of bobbleheads available for public distribution are expected to go quickly.
MVP and World Champion-level museum memberships automatically include all six bobbleheads in the Big Red Machine series. For more information on these and other membership opportunities, visit www.RedsMuseum.org or call (513) 765-7923.
You can also meet Davey and receive a signed bobblehead at a special event at The Tap House Grill on Monday, August 6 at 6 p.m.
Each event ticket includes an opportunity to meet Davey, participation in a Q&A session with the Reds great, a full dinner buffet, drink ticket and an autographed 2012 Reds Hall of Fame David Concepcion bobblehead.
The event will take place at The Tap House Grill located at 8740 Montgomery Road, Cincinnati, OH, 45236.
Each guest will receive their signed Concepcion bobblehead as they leave the event. There is a limit of one bobblehead per ticket purchaser.
David will not be signing any other items at this event.
Tickets are $45 for museum members, $60 for non-members. Only 200 tickets will be sold. Order your tickets today! For tickets, please call: 513-765-7921 or online at www.redsmuseum.org.
