Don't let ticket pirates ruin popular Reds series

CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) -

With large crowds expected for the three games against division rival Pittsburgh Pirates the weekend, the Cincinnati Reds want to remind fans to only purchase game tickets from authorized Reds ticket agents.  

Fans have many options to purchase authorized Reds tickets:

- Online: Reds.com

- Phone: 513-381-REDS or 877-647-REDS (7337)

- In person: Great American Ball Park ticket windows, select Kroger stores with Ticketmaster retail outlets and Reds.com kiosks on Crosley Terrace, Fountain Square and at the Skyline Chili at 4th and Sycamore in Downtown Cincinnati.  

"Buyer beware," advises Kerry Rowland, Reds Director of Public Safety and Security. "For all Reds games we always encourage our fans to only buy directly from our box office, Reds.com, Ticketmaster, Stub Hub and Reds ticket kiosks to guarantee your tickets will be valid."
