Seventeen people have been taken to hospitals after a tour bus smashed into a building on Vine Street in Mt. Auburn just north of Over-The-Rhine.
The bus, one of four being used in the Over-the-Rhine Tour of Living, reportedly suffered a malfunction and rolled down Mulberry Street, across Vine Street, and into a building. The driver was the most seriously injured, but there were other serious injuries.
The crash used up all available city ambulances and rescue units. The city called in rescue units from the villages of Woodlawn and Golf Manor, and also used two police cars to take people with minor injuries to the hospital.
FOX19 will have extensive coverage of this crash on the Ten O'Clock news and on the FOX19 Morning News.
