A Cincinnati man plead guilty on Tuesday after illegally selling a fully automatic machine gun.
Stan Shor, 35, appeared in a U.S. District Court and was charged with one count of unlawful transfer of a machine gun, dating back to August of 2011.
According to authorities, Shor is not a licensed firearms dealer and illegally sold ten guns on six different occasions, an offense punishable by up to ten years in prison.
An investigation, completed by the Cincinnati Violent Crime Enforcement Team, Cincinnati police and more, led to his indictment in April of 2012.
Shor also faces a separate charge, involving the sale of ten additional guns, including a machine gun. Investigators seized two machine guns, as well. He is charged with one count of illegal firearms sales and three counts of transfer of a machine gun, also punishable by up to ten years in prison.
No date has been set for his sentencing.
