Connors is a former teacher at Highlands High School and has pleaded guilty to first degree sexual abuse. The man responsible for a deadly shooting rampage at an Arizona political gathering agreed to spend the rest of his life in prison. Though his plea, Jared Lee Loughner was able to avoid a lengthy death penalty trial. Six people were killed and 13 others were wounded when Loughner opened fire at the Safeway supermarket in La Toscana Village mall in January 2011.
