Tortellini Alla Panna from Trattoria Roma

Tortellini Alla Panna
(Cheese tortellini with cream sauce)
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/3 cup green peas
1/2 cup artichoke hearts
1/4 cup parmigian cheese
4 cups cooked cheese tortellini
salt, pepper to taste
1. Pour heavy cream into hot skillet, simmer for couple of minutes.
2. Add green peas and artichoke hearts, salt and pepper, and simmer for another 2 minutes.
3. Add tortellini, stir, then add parmigian cheese, give it another minute to let all the flavors blend together.
4. Serve immediately.
