LOCKLAND, OH (FOX19) - The Lockland School Board met for its first regularly scheduled time on Thursday, since the attendance scandal broke last month.
An investigation by the Ohio Department of Education determined that the Lockland School District filed false attendance data during the 2010-11 school year, which lead to artificially higher state testing results.
Lockland board members voted to put superintendent, Donna Hubbard, on paid administrative leave last week, in order to continue with the investigation.
On Thursday evening, the board approved interim superintendent, Dr. Dan Lawler for Lockland schools.
The Lockland School Board also accepted the resignation of Ava Strole for personal reasons.
