Police track down Union Township robbers

UNION TOWNSHIP, CLERMONT COUNTY, OH (FOX19) -

At approximately 5:30 a.m. Friday a  Circle K gas station on Ohio Pike was robbed by two white males. The men fled the scene with an undetermined amount of cash and merchandise.

Later Friday morning, around 8:45 a.m. Union Township Detectives were conducting a canvas of the area and observed two men that fit the description from a security video that captured the robbery. As detectives began to question the men, one attempted to flee. Detectives stopped the man, and during the arrest he proceeded to assault one of the detectives. He was subdued and taken into custody.

Dustin Kozerski, 21,  of Amelia was arrested and charged with aggravated robbery, a first degree felony, assault on a police officer, a fourth degree felony, and resisting arrest, a first degree misdemeanor. Logan Baglet, 18, of Amelia was arrested and charged with aggravated robbery, a first degree felony, and obstructing official business, a second degree misdemeanor.
