Cincinnati Museum Center brings history to life

CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) - The Cincinnati Museum Center brings history to life as they travel back to the 1940's in the historic Union Terminal.

On Saturday, the Tri-State Warbird Museum will be in the Cincinnati History Museum along with the Butler County Warbirds, who will be there on Saturday and Sunday.  Both groups will have artifacts on display that highlight the important role of aviation during World War II.

Also, there will be a vintage car show from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m. featuring vehicles and military tanks from the 1920s, '30s and '40s.

The Losantiville Dining Room will feature the Pam Noah Swing Band from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. Saturday and the Jump 'n' Jive Show Band brings the house down on Sunday.

In the Cincinnati Dining Room, there will be some great 1940's hair and makeup demonstrations from 1 p.m. until 3:30 p.m.

The event continues throughout the weekend with several activities taking place all day long on both Saturday and Sunday.
