Another manic Monday!

Cheers to the start of another work week - Happy Monday!

The Tri-State definitely hit the jackpot when it came to weather this weekend, but is it going to stick around?

Meteorologist Katy Morgan is saying that our Monday morning will start off dry but we can expect a stray shower or two early this afternoon and highs hitting 85°.

As always, you can check out Katy and Frank from 4-10 AM for your current weather conditions and seven-day forecast!

FOX19 is following a heartbreaking story out of Highland County this morning: a five-year-old girl was found dead in a garage on Flat Run Road in Jackson Township last night. A man is currently in custody and several others are being questioned. We will bring you the latest information as it becomes available.

A Hamilton County jury will be examining some unusual evidence this morning for the upcoming murder trial of Ricardo Woods. Woods is accused of shooting David Chandler in 2010, paralyzing him before he died. Authorities say that Chandler was able to communicate about his shooter by using eye blinks to answer questions. Brad Underwood will be live at 5 AM with more on this story.

The Miami Dolphins are saying sayonara to former Bengal, Chad Johnson. Johnson was charged with domestic battery after head butting his wife, Evelyn Lozada on Saturday night. Less than 24-hours later, his football contract was canceled.

The Olympic games have come and gone, but Team USA definitely made us proud! The States ended up taking the title for the highest medal count - 104 medals over all, 46 of them being gold. Rob Williams and Sheila Gray will have highlights from the closing ceremony on the FOX19 Morning News.

Thanks to folks like YOU, this year's Backpack Attack was the most successful one so far! Last but not least - for those of you who are left-handed, happy left-handers day! In a world full of everything "right", today is your day to stake out your "lefty zone". Click here to see what I'm talking about! :)
