MORNINGVIEW, KY (FOX19) - A 59-year-old woman suffers multiple stab wounds over the weekend and her daughter has been charged with the assault.
Vanessa Pagliaminto-Meade, 37, was taken into custody on Saturday for the alleged stabbing of her mother.
Kenton County Police responded to the scene just after 11:30 p.m. on Madison Pike in Morning View after receiving a 911 call from an eight-year-old boy.
When police arrived, they found the victim Beverley Martin, suffering from multiple stab wounds.
Air care was called to transport Martin to University Hospital. There is still no word on Martin's condition.
Pagliaminto-Meade has been charged with 1st degree assault and is currently being held in the Kenton County Detention Center.
If convicted, she is facing between 10 and 20 years in prison.
