Car show raises money for Madeira Police

The Open Classic Car, Truck, and Motorcycle show raised funds for the Madeira Patrolmen's Benevolent Association Sunday. The Madeira Patrolmen's Benevolent Association is a non-profit organization focused on adequately training and equipping the Madeira Police Department to best coordinate law enforcement efforts for both crime prevention and intervention.   

The car show was held in downtown Madeira from noon to 4 and included entertainment by J. D. Hughes, food, refreshments, door prizes and split the pot.

Awards were presented for the best paint, best engine, best Ford, best GM, best MOPAR, best motorcycle, best truck, best import, Mayor's choice, and Police Chief's choice.
