Funeral arrangements are still pending after a teenager accidentally ran over her mom while getting a driving lesson in a church parking lot on Sunday. Kim Riggs of Batavia died after being pinned against a fence when her 15-year-old daughter accidentally hit the accelerator instead of the brakes. Four Lockland teens have been formally charged after they set a garbage can on fire at Voorhees Park in Reading last week. The fire spread quickly from the trash can to the park's picnic shelter and completely destroyed it.
