Security Concerns

Some security concerns

The line of mourners outside the US Capitol building has been halted several times for security concerns, since the public began viewing Ronald Reagan's casket last night. Police in Washington say one man was detained after he jumped over a couple of barricades and reached to get something out of his backpack.

Police searched the pack, but found nothing suspicious. Authorities are reminding the public not to bring items such as cameras, food and large backpacks. In some cases, police say people have left items unattended upon entering the Capitol. That's forced them to halt the line while they inspect.
