COVINGTON, KY (FOX19) -

Two former daycare workers have pleaded guilty to duct-taping a child to a mat during nap time.

Alicia Lyons, 20, and Justine Rogers, 19, are charged with criminal abuse for the incident that occurred in October of 2011 at the Mustard Seeds Daycare in Ludlow.

The daycare has since closed its doors, but two other locations remain open.

Lyons and Rogers are scheduled for sentencing on Sept. 25.
