SHREVEPORT, LA (KSLA) -
Shreveport Police need your help to identify and find a woman caught on video stealing money from a child.
Authorities say the theft occurred on 5:30 p.m. on August 11. The 10-year-old girl, seen near the counter, entered the A-1 Beauty Supply store at 1865 North Market to buy something while her grandmother waited outside in the car.
The girl laid her money, $13.00, on the counter and began playing with a fan. The female suspect, while eating an ice cream cone, can be seen approaching the counter, paying the clerk for an item, reaching over and taking the little girl's money. She puts the money into her purse and leaves the store.
