Police identify man injured in weekend helicopter crash

MT. ORAB, OH (FOX19) - Authorities have released the name of a man injured after his helicopter crashed in the Mt. Orab area.

The Ohio State Patrol says John Holbrooke of Portsmouth, OH was piloting the chopper that crashed on Saturday.

The helicopter landed at 4369 Oakland Road, just east of Brannon Road in Brown County.

Holbrooke was flown by air care to University Hospital with serious injuries. No other injuries were reported.

The National Transportation Safety Board is still investigating the cause of the crash.
