Police: Suspects busts front door, steals cigarettes

ST. BERNARD, OH (FOX19) -

Police are investigating a breaking and entering that occurred early Tuesday morning at the St. Bernard Market.

The offense happened at about 2 a.m. Police were notified by the paper man at approximately 3 a.m. that the front door had been shattered.

Surveillance video shows the suspect is a white male, 25 to 28 years old, 5'10" and 185 pounds with a thin build and wearing blue jeans, black hoodie sweatshirt, blue bandana on head, scruffy beard, large diamond stud earring in the left ear.

The suspect checked out the closed store, came from back with a rock, broke out the front glass door, took a plastic trash can inside, went behind the counter, pulled on the cigarette shelves which fell on him, he then scooped a large amount of cigarettes into the trash can and fled on foot with the trash can of cigarettes.
