Chili Rocks Tangy BBQ Stew
(An appetizer or a meal over noodles)
1 – Red Bell Peppers, chunky diced
1 – Orange Bell Peppers, chunky diced
1 – Green Bell Peppers, chunky diced
1 – Yellow Bell Peppers, chunky diced
2 – large tomatoes, chunky diced
2 – medium onions, chunky diced
½ pound hot dogs, chucky sliced
½ pound bockwurst, chucky sliced
½ pound mini Italian links, chucky sliced (Available only through CHILI ROCKS!)
½ pound Goetta Breakfast Links, chucky sliced
1 pound small meatballs
2 bottles (38 ounces of Chili Rocks Tangy BBQ Sauce). 4 Star Rating in July 2012 Cincinnati Magazine!
Place all meat and veggies together in a stock pot, and add 16 ounces of water and 8 ounces of Chili Rocks Tangy BBQ Sauce. Bring mixture to a boil, and then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes. Add the balance of the Chili Rocks Tangy BBQ Sauce to the mixture, and simmer for an additional 30 minutes.
Great as an appetizer, or over wide egg noodles.
