Cincinnati,OH (FOX19) - With the uncertainty surrounding the injury of center Kyle Cook, the Bengals have signed former Tampa Bay starter Jeff Faine.
A 10th year player, Faine also started for New Orleans and Cleveland. He was a team captain with both the Saints and Bucs.
Faine started 15 games in Tampa in 2011 but was a salary cap casualty.
The Bengals also have rookie center Trevor Robinson on the roster.
