MASON, OH (FOX19) -
Warren County Sheriff's office detectives are investigation the death of a 3-year-old child. The boy's mother found him unresponsive Saturday at the Mason Inn at 9735 Mason Montgomery Road.
Around 12:49 p.m. on September 1 deputies were dispatched to the motel and found that the child was not breathing. The responding deputies attempted CPR until medics arrived. The child was transported to Bethesda North where he was pronounced dead.
Detectives interviewed the boy's mother and her male friend.
An autopsy was performed this morning at the Hamilton County Coroner's Office. The cause of death remains unknown until the toxicology reports become available.
