CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) -
At 2:45 p.m. Sunday the Freestore Foodbank dropped nearly 140,000 rubber ducks into the Ohio River to race along the serpentine wall. The regatta raised nearly $800,000 for the Freestore Foodbank. In it's eighth year this has been the biggest event to date.
