Ole Miss sophomore honored by SEC

(WMC-TV) – An Ole Miss defensive end has been named the Southeastern Conference Co-Defensive Lineman of the Week by the SEC.

Sophomore C.J. Johnson had six tackles and a sack in the season-opening game versus Central Arkansas.

The SEC announced they chose Johnson because of his strong performance during the first game. It is the first weekly honor of Johnson's career.
