COVINGTON, KY (FOX19) - Two Northern Kentucky men have been arrested after police say they were in possession of child pornography.
Kentucky State Police detectives executed two search warrants in Boone and Kenton counties after an investigation revealed that two individuals may be in possession of child pornographic images and videos.
After the execution of the warrant in Kenton County, police arrested and charged Bernard Jividen, 57, of Elsmere with five counts of possession of material portraying a sexual performance by a minor.
After the execution of the warrant in Boone County, police arrested and charged Mark Rucker, 44, of Walton, on the same counts.
State police detectives seized computers and various electronic storage devices for further examination.
Police say additional charges may be forthcoming. The investigation is ongoing.
