Man charged with stealing $326,947.61 in parking meter coins

It was an alleged nickel and dime crime spree that added up to nearly one-third of a million dollars. Federal prosecutors say KeyBank cashier Nathanial Wilson of Medina stole 326-thousand dollars worth of Cleveland parking meter coins while processing the change. Wilson could get 30 years in prison if convicted of theft and embezzlement of bank funds. He hasn't commented. KeyBank says its internal security uncovered the alleged embezzlement. The bank also says the city was reimbursed and the employee was fired.
