CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) -
The Cincinnati Police Department - District Two is investigating multiple public indecency offenses around Hyde Park Square.
Police say the offenses are occurring in the early morning hours and the suspect is targeting female victims that are jogging alone. The police report alleges the suspect exposed his genitals to two different victims and masturbated in front of another victim. The incidents occurred on Madison Road, Ridge Avenue and Paxton Avenue.
"That's appalling to have somebody out on the streets doing something like that to women," said Piper Rogers of Oakley. "We've got too many things to be concerned with in this world than have to run into something unexpected and crude like that."
The suspect is described as a black male in his late 20's to early 30's. He has a medium build and usually wears something on his head. "I certainly don't want to see any naked men while jogging. I'm focusing on just making it to the end," said Hyde Park jogger, Emily Johnson.
Anyone with information should call police dispatch at 513-765-1212 or Crimestoppers at 513-352-3040.
